 Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle therapeutic massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Our prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. Our therapists use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.

We use hot stones to relax tight muscles to aid in pain relief and relaxation. Our theraptists are trained to use hot stones to help promote healing.
