I perform therapeutic massage, Trigger point, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapies, and myofascial release massages near you in the Acworth, Woodstock, Kennesaw area; I've been a licensed therapist since 2011.
My specialty is neck, shoulders and jaw. I find your trigger points and your pain centers to calm them down. Chronic pain and injury rehabilitation is where I shine. I don't just work the upper body. I have helped many people through their journey of chronic low body pain and injury rehabilitation.
I care about my clients and their journey back to themselves. I have many chronic pain clients and I'm a trauma informed therapist. I also have chronic pain and migraines which makes me unique in that I understand what your going through. I do everything within my ability to help you manage your pain.

Through Breathwork, Yoga and Massage Jessie seeks to provide the people around her with an opportunity to shift their nervous systems from the sympathetic "fight or flight" to the parasympathetic "rest and digest." When she is not working with others or on her own Yoga mat you might find Jessie traveling, on her paddle board or in her garden.
